The hackathon hotel

The hotel we selected for the hackathon is:

All rooms will have one double bed and en suite, you will need to purchase a wifi pass card for hotel wifi.

If you are traveling by car the closest location for parking is the Shadowcat Offices at White Cross, please let Mark and Ian know so they can instruct you as to collecting parking passes from reception.

Accommodation booked by the sponsors is for 4 nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday), if you need extra nights then please let Ian and mark know so they can arrange extra nights for you or help you find a room.

People that are self-funded or sponsored by their company (i.e. having their accommodation not directly paid on the hackathon budget) are kindly requested to book a room for themselves.

We need some help from you!

Now, please go to the wiki accommodation page and indicate how many nights you plan to stay, so that we can book the hotel as soon as possible, and get the best rates.

If you booked for yourself and have an extra bed in your room you're willing to offer to another hackathon attendee, please also indicate this on the wiki accommodation page.
