Participation quick start

1. Subscribe to the hackathon news feed, the perl-qa mailing list and the Perl conferences calendar to keep up with further announcements.
2. Log in with your Act conference credentials, or else sign up as new user. Then register, even if you do not know yet for sure; this is necessary to make the user:XYZ wiki links work.
3. Edit the Attendees, Agenda, Accommodation, Travel or Results wiki pages.
