The TGV (high speed train) arrives:
- at Gare de l’Est from Germany: 10 minutes by subway,
- at Gare du Nord from England (Eurostar) and Belgium/Nederlands (Thalys): 15 minutes,
- at Gare de Lyon (from South East of France): 40 minutes.
- at Gare Saint-Lazare (from North West of France) and Gare Montparnasse (from West of France): 30 minutes,

Follow line 7, direction La Courneuve - 8 mai 1945, station Porte de la Villette for Cité des Sciences, station Crimée fot the hotel.
By buses
Subway is faster and more reliable, due to traffic.

By bicycle
Paris has an amazing and cheap public bike rental system: Vélib'. You buy tickets with a credit card at stations at every 200 meters in Paris.
Cost:
- An initial fee for access to the service:
- 1.70 € for 24 hours
- 8 € for 7 days
- The first half hour is free. Then each additional half-hour is 1 €, 2 €, 4 €, 4 €, 4 €… So if you do only short rides, this is free.

By car

A4 (from Strasbourg),
A6 (from Lyon),
A20, A71 and A10 (from Toulouse),
A811, A11 and A10 (from Nantes).
You can access a fee paying car park either from boulevard MacDonald or from quai de la Charente.
