The hotels are booked. Unfortunately, the budget did not allow to lodge everyone at the same location after all, but they are in very short distance to each other and the venue. See Accommodation for the location and address details.

Thanks to the sponsors, enough funds could be raised to accept all applications. Attendees, you can start to book your travel arrangements. List yourself at the Arrivals and Departures pages.

Rooms are reserved from Fri, 2011-04-15 to Tue, 2011-04-19; the location of the hotel is fixed next week. If you want to extend the stay, send email to Erica Gasparini until Wednesday this week, 2011-02-23.

Refunding is going to be handled by YEF on-site, bring your receipts.

The official sign-up process is now closed and we have twenty-nine prospective participants who successfully applied.

Erica Gasparini from Booking.com has begun the process of organising a hotel and appropriate rooms, near the hackathon venue, that will accommodate our participants.

The organisers are now applying to various bodies for further funds in the hope that we will be able to cover the expenses of everyone who applied for sponsorship. The results of this are due to be published next week.

Applications and invitations for those wishing to participate in the Perl QA Hackathon 2011 will remain open until the end of Sunday of this week (13 February 2011).

For those who have already registered, could you please enter your room-sharing preferences so that hotel quotes can be obtained.

The Perl QA hackathon 2011 is taking place from Saturday, April 16th to Monday, April 18th 2011 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Attendance is gratis. We would like to know if you are interested in coming and participating. You can also propose other people who should be invited. As with the hackathons in the past years, we aim to fund the travel and accommodation costs for those who cannot get funding otherwise.
