Wednesday, May 10 (Pre-summit meeting)
On Wednesday, May 10, Philippe will be waiting for people between 19:00 and 22:00 between those two locations:
- Red House (from 19:00 to 20:30)
- L'Epicerie (starting at 20:30)
We have negotiated a group dinner option at l'Epicerie for EUR20/person.
The hotel bar is the other option, for those too tired to move. It stops serving at midnight, but the lobby stays open all night.
Thursday, May 11
There will be a group dinner organised by the summit, at the Ethiopian restaurant Messob,
85 rue Massena.
We've booked for the 38 participants. Please list extras below:

Friday, May 12
Another group dinner will be held at the hotel restaurant, on Friday May 12, at 20:00.
The back of the room will be reserved for us.
The menu is organized around buffets. There's a starters buffet and a dessert buffet. The daily special (aka the hot buffet) is alas not vegetarian, but the hotel assured us the starters buffet provide vegetables. Side dishes include fries, penne, rice, green beans.

Because not all dinners will be taken care of, this means you'll be free to roam the city in small groups, looking for food or drinks.
