* Salve J. Nilsen (‎sjn‎) - CPAN Meta 3.0 is needed. Would it make sense to put it in a separate directory? (e.g. like META-INF in .jar files), so there's one place for all machine-readable metadata files. Both the native ones, but also SBOMs, VEX files, CONTRIBUTING.yaml, security-insights,json, etc.
