Should we rename this event?
This event being called a *hackathon* sets expectations of what kind of event it is. There is now a fairly well-established definition of "hackathon", and the QAH is not one of those.
The last 2 years I've had to explain this when talking to (potential) sponsors. It would certainly be easier if it were called "The Perl QA Workshop", or something like that.
I don't have a really strong desire to see this changed, but I think we should consider it, probably over a meal or in the bar.
Evolving the Pull Request Challenge
How can the PRC be evolved to better help CPAN, particularly the head of the river, while still providing what the participants are looking for. I did a survey of last year's participants, so have a slightly better idea.
There are conflicting desires: it would be good to get people working on meaty bugs in heavyweight dists, but a lot of participants want interesting / fun things to work on, which won't take too much time each month.
